Hali Bielser works for Midwest Energy as the Director, Project Management Office and Reliability Compliance. Originally from Council Grove, Kansas, she understands the value of giving back to your community and is eager to do this in Ellis County by serving on the United Way Board.
Hali lives in Hays with her husband and son and enjoys volunteering, baking, and supporting local events.
